Lucifer is back and out of the cage while the Winchester's are struggling with finding out how to get rid of the mark that Dean has yet to get rid of and as if the mark and Lucifer weren't enough for them to handle, they have come across a small town in Virginia which is not only inhabited with many Supernatural creatures but also Silas is awake, causing mischief over the town. Will the Winchester's focus on killing the Vampires in the town or will they decide to work with them to get rid of Silas and Lucifer, a much bigger threat?
